These Terms of Service govern your use of the Censtudios platform (named 'Under Xposed'), including access to films and related services. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Censtudios provides access to independent films through a digital platform. Access is granted for a limited viewing period after purchase.
We may modify, update, or remove content at any time without prior notice.
To access content, you may be required to enter a valid access code linked to your purchase.
Access is limited to the duration stated at the time of purchase, typically 7 days unless otherwise specified.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
All payments are processed by a third party payment provider, Mollie.
Censtudios does not store full payment details such as credit card or bank account information.
All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law.
When you purchase access, you receive a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to view the selected content for the specified period.
You do not acquire ownership of the films or any intellectual property rights.
Copying, redistributing, recording, or sharing content is not allowed.
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, hosting issues, network failures, or third party services.
You agree not to:
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system, data, files or content.
• Misuse access codes or bypass restrictions.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
• Copy or distribute content without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Censtudios is not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of access due to technical issues
• Loss of data outside our reasonable control
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
All films, content, and materials on the platform are owned by Censtudios or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms as well as contact the authorities.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
